Grant Request

Please provide the following information and documentation about the project for which you are applying.
Depending on the awarded amount, up to 75% of total eligible project costs can be covered via the grant. Participants will be responsible for at least 25% of total project costs.
Please share your short-term & long-term goals regarding the building you currently own and/or occupy in downtown Seneca Falls.
Check any/and all improvements that you would like to make on your building:
This grant is not intended to cover building maintenance. If building system updates or repairs are needed in order for a facade/storefront improvement project to take place, considerations can be made to combine this work into the project scope. If you need roof repairs, structural repairs, or replacements AND not doing this work would specifically impede your participation in this program, please summarize here.

Document Requirements

In addition to submitting this application, grantseekers should also include:

  • Concept Drawings & Renderings
  • Budget and/or quotes for scope of work
  • Bank Loan or line of credit agreement/approval (if needed)
  • Proof that you are able to cover at least 25% of total project costs

If you are unable to provide any or all of the above documentation, you can still submit the application, but you will be required to provide any missing items to be considered for grant funding.
