PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
This program will fund projects that enhance and preserve the physical characteristics of downtown Seneca Falls and also create a sense of place for residents and visitors. The intended outcome of this program is to make a visible and lasting impact throughout downtown Seneca Falls.
This program, funded by the Bonafiglia Family Foundation, provides a streamlined and personal approach for building and business owners alike for the renovation, restoration, or enhancement of the exterior of their buildings/storefronts. Depending on the awarded amount, up to 75% of total eligible project costs can be covered via the grant. Participants will be responsible for at least 25% of total project costs.
